HI-FI is an alternative music magazine that highlights rising underground musicians across all genres. This edition
of HI-FI is dedicated to Indie Rock, featuring articles about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on DIY artists,
as well as Best Albums of 2020 so far and interviews with Porches and DIIV. I experimented with text by dragging it across a scanner flatbed, a technique used in the punk and grunge movement in the 80s/90s. To grab the attention of the reader, I limited my color palette to just yellow and black, while using Druk as the main typeface, seeing that it has a bold, high impact while having the versatility of all the weights.
